The board meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month. During the cold winter months, the meetings are held at the North Liberty Community Center. Board meetings move to the clubhouse at Aerohawk Field during the warmer flying season  months. Consult the Aerohawk Facebook page for up-to-date meeting location. The General membership is welcome to attend all Board meetings.
