This is our 3rd year for our “Meat the Club Members” social event. Yes, it is spelled correctly. It's an evening where the club provides the meat for the cookout and those who attend bring a dish to share.  We strongly encourage our newer members to attend so they can  get to know other club members. Retirees start to gather in the afternoon to fly around 3 p.m. followed  a little later by those who unfortunately have to work. We fire up the grill around 5:30 and normally eat around 6. Oh, and of course, if you're a club member, bring an airplane as the flying goes on well after dark. Yum!!!! 

If you are not a member but, would like to know more about the hobby or maybe thinking about joining our club, stop out. I'm sure we can find a burger or two for you!! We would love to talk to you.
